Transpose by Key Columns is an add-in for Excel that performs two powerful actions at once: transposes columns to rows and combines cell values. To define how this process is going to happen, you pick one or more key columns with duplicates, columns to be transposed and columns with values to be merged. Beware, if you’re working with accounting documents, invoices, reports, etc., chances are high that you may get addicted to the tool ;)
Ultimate Suite includes two tools for data transposing. With the help of Transpose Range, you can simply turn columns into rows or rows into columns. This option works with all columns and rows of the selected table and does not merge anything.

Yes :) Simply do not select any columns on Step 3. In fact, the tool offers two actions and it is up to you to choose: only transpose, only merge, or do both.
It depends. On Step 2 and Step 4 there are Skip empty cells checkboxes. If you tick them, empty cells won’t be recognized as repeated values, if you leave the boxes unchecked, they will be identified by the add-in as duplicates.
